I don’t miss the hours in the smelly darkroom but I have to say there is a timeless quality in BW images before digital.

It’s as if digital has made things just a little bit too “edgy” and in doing so, it’s taken the ….….err…..”smoothness/comfort?” out of the image.

Thanks Eric - my pleasure - I never got the same satisfaction developing and printing the colour photos as I did with the B&W.
