I'll download and take a look see.
In the past I have not been a fan of Nikon Capture as the interface was very clunky and the quality of software was an issue on Windows. I now use Mac fairly exclusively so this may be less of an issue.

Seems to work OK on Win 7, but it is still clunky.

There is a reason it's free :~)

Does allow non-distructive changes to raw/NEF files that match those offered in camera.

Read something about legacy problems if using old NX2 pics in NXD which does not use uPoint. Bit like PS CS processed image adjustments if one then drops CS and goes back to say PS6.
