I have a big shoot tomorrow - I'm the second photographer for the NCAA Div. 1 Women's Lacrosse championships this weekend.

I won't be editing on my own computer and will be transferring my pictures immediately over to the client. Usually my Aperture presets write all my info to the photo upon importing (my name, contact info, etc.). Since I can't use my presets, can I have my D7000 and/or my D40 do them in camera or by some formatting of the cards?

Anyone have any tips/experience w/ this?

The three fields available make it easy to put you copyright info and name intothe EXIF data associated with each image. Sometimes it is useful to put contact info there as well but it meeds to be curremt.

I always populate these fields as it allows agencies and others to see who took the photo.
