looking on sigma globals website ,they are revamping there lens range ,starting with just three lenses they are now going to be in three seperate classes ,and in a new (better) totally black finish ,if the gumph can be believed the 120-300mm-os will be fitted with a focus limiter switch and can be plugged in to a computer (not sure about a mac) via a usb cable to change the focus limit and also fine tune the focus .if factual it could be a major technology leap .time will tell

The 120-300 f2.8 looks like a very useful sports lens as it is has VR as well. VR is called OS by Sigma.
