I've been trying to put some pics on the forum via Flickr and all I'm getting is a 404 message.

Are you using the Insert a remote image by url button in the editor or pasting the url direct to the post? I used the BBCode option in flicker to insert this using the insert image by url button  tuscan_mist by Chris Betson, on Flickr

I have just loaded a pic to the gallery and tried to load it from there and got the same message.

That url - /forum25/reply.php - doesn't make much sense to me. Can you tell me exactly each of the steps you are taking to post? This is what I get if I do a copy of the BBcode on your flickr - maybe flickr have changed something?  DN4_1527-Edit by Iain Clyne, on Flickr
