An experiment with the Z6iii. Light was very poor when this Nuthatch came in, I pushed the ISO to 10k and this was the result. As taken with no adjustments.

A lovely gathering there Graham. It demonstrates clearly how their camouflage works in reeds, as well!

You seem to have picked up some dust bunnies on that A1 sensor. Thats a bit surprising given you haven’t been using it a lot this year…like me!  I better check mine.8-)

Lapwings from yesterday, also did not get many good shots. Thanks, Eric I checked other similar shots with the same blue water filling the top 1/3 of the frame and no spots there?
