There is a firmware update for the D850. http://downloadcenter.nikonimglib.com/en/download/fw/254.html Fixes a few bugs which can easily effect you in day to day use.

It looks like you need a Windows computer to accomplish this. Edit... never mind, there's a separate Mac section

Going to wait a bit to see if there are any reported screw ups or nasty bits installed. Wish they would fix up the wireless software.

I will update when I get back to Spain. This looks like there are some good fixes to issues that might happen as I use the camera more extensively.

Also just updated D850 took two goes but all OK.I never find this easy but thats just me! What is latest firmware for D500? I could not see any on Nikon Europe site I have: C1.02 LD2.013

My D500 has C=1.11, LD=2.013, LF=1.01

So it looks like I missed out on last update and Nikon Europe has no updates on offer for D500. Camera still working fine so hope all OK?
