Hi The images used to create the end result.
1 The background was taken in August 2014 East Ashling W.Sussex,on Nikon D800; iso500; f13.0; 1/1000.
2 The plane/foreground was taken at Manor Farm (where they filmed the wartime land army series for BBC) taken in June 2015, on Nikon D810; iso400; f8.0; 1/1000.
3 The smoke was created by making a brush from the cloud,taken in Oct 2012 on Nikon D2x; iso100; f11.0; 1/500.
4 The steampunk taken at New Malden Surrey in July 2016, on Nikon D3s; iso200; f4.5; 1/500. (the guys name is Montague Jacques Fromage)
