Out with the D800 today getting Sunflowers and Lavender with the D800 mainly using the 24-70 f2.8 AF_S. Lavender this afternoon so will post more pix later.

Lovely. I have a similar shot that I printed on Cibachrome some 20+ years ago.

I spent most of today driving round the lavender fields and sadly they are 2-3 weeks before their photographic best and I go home on Saturday! So here is another view of this mornings Sunflowers with the D800 (sorry it's not the new D810).
