Happy Christmas everybody, Thanks for starting the thread Kathy.

I tried to take a photo this evening JK, the East window of Cartmel Priory, I saw it the other day lit up from inside and thought I would capture it this evening, No such luck, the lights weren't on at 10pm on Christmas Eve, so as I had to get the boys back to their mothers I had to cut and run. I might try again on New Years Eve?

The last time I took a photograph of the Priory from that perspective was on a crisp frosty Christmas morning at 9am in 1966 on Kodachrome 64!

Shame to miss that Robert.
In days gone by it would have been all lit up until midnight.
You hopefully will get better luck at Old Year's Evening or New Years day.
