My laptop crashed and while I lost my password the system filled it in automatically so I'm on but cannot find my password anywhere written down. Have searched the system (as usual I THINK I have) and cannot find how to retrieve a lost password anywhere. Can someone please help me?

The password is encoded. I can reset it for you then you can change it but it is just as easy for you to go and reset it yourself.
See here.

In the Menu on the left side listed as 'My Account'

After I get there it wants my old password. If I knew that I wouldn't have to go there. Give me credit I'm at least THAT smart.

Hi Ken sorry to hear of the crash, If you have access to the eMail in-box which you originally registered with, click in the area marked red in my screenshot and enter that eMail address in the box which follows. You shouldn't need to enter a password to do that.

This is the box you should enter your eMail address in and you should receive a temporary password so you can re-set it yourself.

Ken,
Please send me a PM with a temporary password so that I can reset it to for you.

If you get locked out then it will have been reset to that password you have sent me.
When you next log in then you can go to your account and change it to whatever you wish.

My apology is necessary. I should have given a thank you where and when it was due. I am up and running presently with no problems.
