The other spammer was deleted, which means DahliaFairall comes back as the last new member. He was banned but remains on the list, being banned means he can't post. Not sure if he can lurk?

So he is here in name only I think.

i deleted the other spammer's account.

I was reading today that India is the biggest spamming location these days. Seems like they can employ them there to apply some intelligence to the process as well rather than using pure automation.

Try talking to 3network call centre if you want to challenge that assertion.

They/you get what they pay for.

They pay the least they can for the service and you suffer when you need help as you are really talking to a human robot reading from a script.

I would not regard any of the mobile phone service providers cheap, they are simply hell bent on maximising profits, never mind customer service.

Although I must say all my encounters with Three network staff have been face to face in a shop. I have been very pleased with the outcome on every occasion, despite my objective being minimising costs and theirs maximising profit!
