Greetings fellow forumers You are now in the exalted company of an award winning photographer!! Just had an email confirming that I am one of the winners of an international photography competition - YAYYYY!!!!  OK, OK...so it was the company calendar competition...and there are 13 winners - an overall winner for the cover and one for each month - but I am one of them and I am so pleased to have been picked. 2000 entries down to the final 13 is pretty good going (she says modestly!) and there was some serious competition. I don't know yet if I am the overall winner (I doubt it) but, hey, I'll be June, July or whatever - Yayyyyy!!! :thumbsup:

Well done Judith. Looks like your prize to you will be that D810. That picture looks a bit wee. You need to enlarge it so we can see it properly. Long side 1024pixels.

Not a bad prize at all! Shame I went and bought an ipad2 earlier this year, but the Air is better and much lighter so I'll just sell off the old one.

Thanks Yes, back in Scotland now. Still got the flat in Spain but just for holidays for the time being. Probably can't sell it in the current climate. There's no hope of getting a decent job there, unfortunately and I'm getting longer in the tooth and starting to think about pensions and other such stuff. Gulp!
