For some unknown reason the Gallery screen has changed and there is now a line saying 'My Gallery' on it and everything does happen as explained and I HAVE uploaded an image . Have no idea who helped but thanks .

I know it can be oh, so frustrating, I have beaten my head on my desk at times.

I find if I walk away and return later, things seem to fall into place. Sometimes you can try too hard. Once you crack the code, it's unbelievably easy, but until then...


BTW. Did you re-start your computer prior to the success?

I wonder if that helped to refresh a cookie?

It's the cookies which control the logging on, the cookies may have become confused at some stage when the Gallery was introduced.

Is that possible/plausible JK?

Well done Ken. See your PMs.

I think that the power down of the PM probably allowed your browser cache to be refreshed and the refreshed links to Gallery and My Gallery to be put in place.
I have been getting the support team to make some changes and frequently these don 'take' unless you clear the browser cache or completely refresh it. Sometimes this requires a power down.
