I was looking at the SanDisk SD offerings versus the Sony XQD. There dont seem to be any Sandisk XQD cards. Those Lexar ones are much faster.

Interesting comparison of XQD v SD. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=FEBPKgN8DXY Cant find a page on the Sandisk site that gives information I want on XQD.

What I'm wondering is if the camera realy needs the 150MB/sec for full preformance, 14fps 4k etc, or if the fastest SD will do the job.

I think the XQD cards are needed to make sure that it can do the 4K video effectively. Purely a guess I know little or nothing about video.
