unfortunately a sign of the times ,pay to park ,pay entrance fees ,pay to take a picture ,pay for a pee or a poo .its now getting totally ridiculous all i can say eric is lucky you don't live in wales its 5p PER BAG every time you go shopping,if you forget your own . even the chinese takeaway charges for there skimpy little plastic bags
You wait till Wales gets independence.
