I spent a lot of time blowing bits out of the 810 as I built up and shaped the missing plastic of the shutter box - maybe that helped clean dust off the sensor?
Anyway, super happy with both now and the 610 sold for good money this afternoon.
Remember to switch on the Clean Sensor at Power Down in the menus.
