I tried the camera sensor clean - no difference so I locked the mirror up and used a blower - the large spot has gone but pixel peeping shows many small specks. Probably too small to affect the images significantly.

I am reluctant to use wet cleaning, though I do have some sensor swaps in the cleaning kit.

Any recommendations for a camera cleaning service? Fixation? ACS?
