Well done.
Yes roofs and tilers are expensive.
Just had part of my roof replaced and converted toa dormer to enlarge the bathroom at my old house. As soon as the job is complete I will sell that house so I will have some savings again.
Do it quick. Prices stalled already....may start to drop in a few weeks time.
