I just read about the 7200 and for what it offers over the 7100 I am not even a little bit interested.
So far I am very happy with my 7100 and combined with the MB-D15 it is a nice sized and balanced unit
Besides I am sticking with tradition every time I buy a new camera a very short time later a new model comes out. So why change now
